Process After You Place An Order
Milk Orders
Put at least two tablespoons of milk in a breastmilk bag, and triple bag with as much air out as possible. The milk does not need to stay cold as it's not for consumption. Package in a simple bubble envelope for mailing.
After Placing your order, you will need to do the following:
Cremation Orders
Put at least 1/4 teaspoon of ashes in a ziplock bag, triple bag with as much air out as possible. Package in a simple bubble envelope for mailing.
Including Hair
Put a good pinch of hair in a ziplock bag, with as much air out as possible. Package in a simple bubble envelope for mailing.
You will receive an email with these detailed instructions, as well as our address to ship to.

These Terms and Conditions are for the supply of goods through the TwistedGemJewelry online store (twistedgemjewelry.com) and shall apply to all contracts entered into by TwistedGemJewelry (“Twisted Gem Jewelry”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Any cremation piece automatically agrees to the fact that there will be remains used in said piece and no legal repercussions can be presented under any circumstances. Return Policy
Returns are not accepted, because we make each piece of jewelry by hand and don’t rely on machines or production, the imperfections in handcrafted jewelry may show in the breastmilk/cremation jewelry we handcraft for you. For example, you may see tiny bubbles in your stone, or the edging or shape of your stone may be off, or the color/color flakes within your stone may not be distributed evenly. We strive each time to craft the perfect piece, but these imperfections and others are normal, we're human. Each piece we create has its own story. No two pieces are the same.
